Woopra – Get Analytics and Interact with Users
Woopra is an excellent service which is currently in Beta phase. This service gives you a cool analytic engine for your sites with a desktop interface. You can see live hits, geo reports and also allows you to start a chat with the visitors on your sites. This is a really cool feature which allows you to interact with your visitors to improve your site’s interactivity.
Once you sign up and submit your sites you’ll get the javascipt snippets which you have to embed on your pages. You’ll need to get java installed on your PC to get the Woopra desktop app running. Once you’ve installed the app and the JS code on your sites, you’re all set to monitor your site stats live ! This service really kicks Google Analytics where it really hurts!
You can see all your online visitors and in the Live menu and start a chat with any one of the visitors online. There is a wordpress plugin which also tags the user by their name and details which they submitted when they posted a comment on your blog. This helps you identify repeat visitors easily.
