      It’s KDE with Compiz. Probably OpenSuse 10.2/3… Beryl is an alternative similar Xgl display manager. You can install either Beryl or Compiz relatively effort free on most distros, granted you have an nVidia or ATI graphics card and the right drivers. Well… relatively :D Give yourself an hour or three…

      It’s so 2005. I think you can get better results with GNOME and Beryl as in this video nowadays…
